Everything the fitness industry was trying to sell me, clearly wasn’t working.
There was NO way I could balance family, work and taking care of myself if I had to be in the gym for hours everyday.
So, I stuck it out and committed to short 10 minute workouts every day.
I figured a little bit of movement was better than nothing.
To my surprise, I started to see incredible results… extremely fast.
I’d wake up before work, squeeze in my ten minute workout with time to spare and go off on my regular routine.
